Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I owned and operate a Sober living Group Home and its a corporation. I need a restraining order against one of the Lodgers who has broken all the rules. IF I file a civil harassment Restraining Order. Do I need Legal Representation or can I represent myself in pro per?

You can represent yourself, but you can't represent the corporation. Only a lawyer can do that. Restraining order cases are more complex when they are brought by a corporation than by an individual, so you really should get competent counsel.

Mr. Hoffman is correct. If you are seeking the restraining order to protect yourself, you can represent yourself. If you are seeking the restraining order on behalf of a corporation (which would be bizarre, unless you seek it to protect your employees, which you may be required to do) you would need an attorney.
