Is Owner liable if renter provides day care services?

My tenant asked me for permission to operate a Day Care service in my rental property for elementary school age children.

What kind of coverage should I require her to Carry?

Do I need to buy extra coverage?

Can I be sued if a child is injured in my property

while in day care?

you should contact yor own insurance to make sure it covers this and find out if it will cost you additional premiums. If they will not cover this then you need to require her to provide insurance.
