Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Past Due Rent+Holdover Damages+Attorney fees+Costs=Total Amount of recorded Judgement.
The amount that shows on my Credit Score is the total of Past rent due & Holdover damages, which is not the amount recorded. Can you explain this to me? Is this legal?
Thank you

You're upset that what is reflected in your credit report is less than the actual judgment against you? You want it corrected to make your credit score even worse?
