My Complaint was filed and all my paperwork was demurrer. I requested continuance to seek counsel and leave to amend, I was given thirty days, I really need help filing this civil complaint, The defendants attorney, stated in their response that i have no clue on how to file a civil complaint. and stating to the judge, If given leave to amend that I be held to my first request for damages $75k how do i find a law student who could help me, here in Stanislaus County California ? most of the attorneys, I have contacted will not take my case stating they are over swamp with wrongful termination cases.

A law student would be assuring that they would never be admitted to the bar if they advised you, because that would be practicing law without a license. You have to find an attorney.
Thank you for the update on the procedural posture of the case. Law students cannot advise you without the direct supervision of an attorney.
Your best bet is to contact an attorney, and have them review the matter. For a small fee, they may be willing to assist you in drafting your complaint in the proper format.
While it is normally better to have an attorney near the court in which the suit was filed, you can contact an attorney outside the county.
