Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Plaintiff files amended complaint with proper POS. Defendant's attorney refuses to reply stating the POS was faulty. Judge orders the POS vacated on the amended complaint. Is that good for me the Plaintiff?

No. Bad. It means your service of the Amended Complaint is invalid. You have to serve it again properly.
