Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I�m the plaintiff and got a judgment for the amount, court cost and 10% interest. Do I add the court cost to the total amount to calculate interest.

No, costs are awarded as an add on. Be sure of when the interest charge starts, as often it is only from the date of the judgment on.
