Police Officer Illegal search ,seisure,and arrest
On Jan.28,1998 the city police came ot my county residence and arrested me without an arrest warrant, searched my home without a search warrant, the Da's dropped all charges but no of the items taken by police were returned to me. Can I file theft charges ? If so, What is the time limit to file? Do I file charges with the Sheriff's Department ?

You need to act immediately. Your time limit
may have already expired. Depending on actions
you may have already taken you might still have
a claim, but you need to speak with an attorney
immediately. At most you have until the 28th of
this month to file an action. You need to contact
