A lawyer might be willing to take it on contingency depending on an extensive initial review of the documents and speaking with you and witnesses (if any) about the matter.

If you really have a good case, you will not have trouble finding a lawyer to represent you. When a lawyer takes a case "on contingency", it means they do not get paid unless and until you win or settle the case. Typically, the lawyer gets a percentage of the amount recovered. The most common area of law this is used for is personal injury.
