Process required for recusing a Judge
How would an attorney go about stopping a particular judge from hearing a case because the attorney feel the client will not fair well with this particular judge.

Please consult Code of Civil Procedure Sections 170-170.6 for methods
of disqualifying judges. "Will not fair well" is not an adequate ground; to disqualify
for cause you need to show some bias or appearance of bias.
Under 170.6, if you act timely (which may be impossible at this point), you can
disqualify a judge without any actual cause.
