Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Someone promised me $2,500 if i were to take down a blog. I accepted their offer and they have essentially disappeared. Can they be taken to small claims court now? Do I need to take the blog down first? Thank you.

If you didn't take down the blog, they don't owe you anything. How can you sue them if you can't find them? Without more info, it seems like suing them may be a waste of time. There's nothing stopping you, however.
