Property Trespass
Neighbor has huge trees extending well over our property and threatening to damage a building if limbs fail. They refuse to trim said trees. How do we proceed?

You need not only to take action to have the trees trimmed but to have injunctive relief to keep this from happening again. Otherwise, as each month passes and the trees grow back, you would have to take this action again and it is expensive. Call to discuss if you wish.
