Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I had property valued in seven figures stolen by my ex-husband and his and other

I had real property valued in seven figures that was deeded in my name literally stolen by my ex-husband and his family, their attorney and other attorneys. This occurred coincident with a life threatening illness that left me far too weak to attempt to defend myself and my interests. My life was saved only by experimental laser surgery performed at UCLA.

Now that I am largely recovered, I wish to pursue justice and the recovery of that which was stolen from me. I seek competant representation from either a litigation specialist or a Foundation, if one exists, that can help people in circumstances similar to mine. I am unsure as to how to procure the skilled representation I require. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Elizabeth

YOU, OF COURSE, ARE NOT THE FIRST TO LOSE TO THE GREED OF AN EX HUSBAND AND HIS FAMILY. BEFORE ANY ATTORNEY CAN GIVE YOU ANY HELP, HOWEVER, THEY WILL NEED A LOT MORE INFORMATION. THE DATES OF THE EVENTS ARE MOST IMPORTANT AS WELL AS THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE TAKING. ALSO, IT WILL BE IMPORTANT TO FIND OUT WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY NOW AND WHETHER OR NOT YOUR HUSBAND AND HIS FAMILY WILL BE ABLE TO PAY ANY JUDGMENT THAT YOU GET AGAINST THEM. THE FEW FACTS THAT YOU HAVE SET FORTH SUGGEST THAT YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN COMPETENT SIGN OFF ON THE DEED OR POSSIBLY THE VICTIM OF DURESS WHEN YOU SIGNED. THESE ARE ONLY SUPPOSITIONS THAT ARE SUGGESTED. MUCH MORE NEEDS TO BE KNOWN.

IF YOU DESIRE TO SEND ME MORE INFORMATION, I CAN GIVE YOU MORE INSIGHT TO YOUR POTENTIAL RECOVERY.

I am a litigator and I would be happy to discuss this matter with you. There are special requirements for the transfer of real property as opposed to personal property, which both spouses control.
