Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I have an psychotic ex-boyfriend (from over sixteen years ago!) who refuses to accept the results from DNA testing (by an impartial third party, blood drawn by a accredited paternity lab in 1995) that have excluded him as a potential father of my son. He has been calling my house and harassing me about keeping "his son from him." I have filed a civil harassment case against him and was wondering how legal binding one DNA test is? The ex-boyfriend is insisting that another DNA test be done. How legally binding is the first DNA test. Does this little creep have a leg to stand on?
