Purchase sofa for boyfriend 11/2010 in san francisco, ca delivery drivers damaged ceiling alarm and tile while taking sofa off elevator. Delivery company receptionist states there is no proof drivers did damage although my boyfriend witnessed the accident, now she states she will contact delivery company to see if they will give a monetary sum for damage. Property owners are charging $500 plu for damages to by boyfriend.
