Hi, my question is regarding a Trust my mother did in 2009, she states when my she dies, upon the sale of the house I am to give a woman $50,000.00 from the sale, but my mother sold the house in 2014 for the use of her medical and residential home care, she died 2016, do i still need to pay this person
