I was rear-ended in a car accident

I was rear ended a month ago by two cars behind me. The last car (third) car involved claimed liability. During the initial inspection they fixed the damage made to my bumper and muffler however they did not fix the damage made to the passenger side rear quarter panel. Granted there was damage to the panel prior to the accident but it was definitely made a lot worse after the accident. Is it possible to get the insurance company to pay to fix the rear quarter panel?

It will be difficult to prove the damage prior to the accident and the damage caused by this accident. You may be able to work out an agreement to have the repair made and share the costs with the insurance company.
