what does it mean when I receive a Memorandum of Costs After Judgment, Acknowledgment of Credit, and Declaration of Accured Interest?

The case is over, and you lost. Now you have to pay the other side's court costs, plus the amount of any judgment against you.

It sounds to me like the person who has a judgment against you has expended more costs pursuing you for the judgment, and some credits toward the judgment have or have not been made. It sounds like they are still trying to collect.
