I received a restraining order today. It was filed the day after I filed a investigative report due to being threading to be hunted down by men threw Facebook.By my ex boy friend current girl friend's friend. This is coming out because she think I keyed her car. Which I didn't and was out with a friend. The restraining order is from my ex boyfriend. He is saying I endless stream of text messages, which I did after we broke up but they were not threading. Just question and feelings. And is asking for $3,000 in car damages. Not sure what my rights. Want to know what they are before I wall into court.

You should immediately consult with an attorney about this matter. You will need to file a responsive pleading (basically an answer) that explains your side of things. I must assume that you believe that you are being threatened through Facebook by people who know your former boyfriend or his current girlfriend. Then there is the issue of whether you damaged your former boyfriend's car. Because there may be possible criminal charges in this matter, you need to be very mindful not to discuss the details of this matter with anyone who is not an attorney who has been retained to represent you.
