Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I have been receiving threats from an HOA officer. She has also threatened my son and husband (all over our dog urinating on the cement, which we poured bleach on and cleaned). She has threatened violence. Do I have any legal recourse in this matter?

No one is allowed to threaten physical injury. Report her to her supervisor.

Report threats of violence to the Police. If she continues, you may be entitled to a restraining order.
