Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I recently signed up for a "health insurance plan" with Patriot Trust insurance. It has been 3 months and i have gotten no information on my coverage despite numerous calls to their offices. I have already paid them 900.00 via electronic funds withdrawals from my bank. Please tell me what i can do to get my money back and stop them from taking more out.

Notify the bank and rescind the electronic fee agreement. You may need an attorney to contact them or you may need to sue to get the money back
