Release of Liability

When a school district asks me to sign forms as I do continually to release liability from an accident when my son is transported via school vehicle etc to an event or field trip and I am forced to sign under a type of duress in that he will be unable to participate if I don't sign - do I actually release liability or covenant to sue in this case or do I still have legal recourse?

you are probably releasing them but you could certianly raise that issue
