Re: remove unwanted ocupent

What were the terms of their living with her? Is she still your brother's girlfriend and if you let him stay there why would he allow you to kick her out? Who inherits the house? Until there is a distribution of the assets to the heirs, he owes rent to your mother's estate. Are you in a rent control city? There are numerous questions not posed by you tha need to be answered, including who has been appointed by the court to handle the estate as only that person would have authority to evict anyone. You need to move forward on the probatin go fthe estate and appointment of a representative of the estate in order for any action to occur.
