Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

We rescued our father from an unethical, doctor.

An MD who fasified her credentials and illegally transferred our father to a hospital without consent and performed to crippling operations without consent and tried to get conservertorship of him and gain his property,etc.,while collecting insurance and has been identified as the person who made threats to our fathers physical well being and tried to get him and us to pull the plug and refused to let us change doctor and hospitals is going to do this again unless we get help. He is now in a safe location due to media intervention. Hospital staff had warned us that his life was in immediate danger. He may someday again have some quality of life restored to him. Can someone help. This is only a brief synopsis.
