Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Resolve a confict.... against harasser/threatener

is there any way i can get some kind of "restraint order" or some legal document to have someone stay (i.e. 100 ft) away from me?

for example: someone has a problem with someone else so he/she gets a "restraint order" on them and other person will stay away from them.

Thanks in Advance

p.s. i'm not sure about what this Legal Question relates to. i feel its a personal/civil

Actually it is quit easy to file a restraining order.

It needs to be filed in Superior Court in the County

where the defendant resides. The filing fee is usually

between $180-$200. Then you need a third party to serve

it on the Defendant. If you would like additional

information on filling out the paperwork please feel

free to contact me, toll free, at 888-5NETLAW (888-563-8529).

The consultation is free. I look forward to discussing

your case and your rights.
