Response to and award appeal

what forms do I use to respond to and appeal. I was awarded a Judgement against a Contractor and he file an appeal to vacate or reduce award.

Depends what kind of appeal. Was it a State Contractor's Board decision? a Small Claims? a Limited Jurisdiction or General Jurisdiction judgment?

If it was a general jurisdiction decision, you will need to file respondent's brief with proper evidence.
