Responsibility Question

In a Civil Lit. case, a plaintiff has to submitt to a Medical Exam at the defenses request, plaintiff must travel in excess of 5 hours one way to comply. Who is responsible for the traveling expenses? Defense? Plaintiff? What code covers this area?

Case stems from Workers Comp. case. Plaintiff was injured worker.

Code of Civil Procedure Section 2032(c)(2) states that this exam must be within 75 miles of the examinee's residence. You should file an objection to the exam and this must be done within 20 days of the date the notice of exam was served on you.
