Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

i got a restraining order against my neighbor for harassment and vandalizing my property even shooting at my home she has been arrested twice but the da did not pressed charges

now i got a notice for a hearing were she claims i made false acussations and is seeking to get back her legal fees from me i have pictures of what she has done and she is the only neighbor who curses at me and has told me i would be a deadman who else would i blame. can she get her legal fees from me. thank you

There are only a limited number of cases in which legal fees can be recovered. This does not seem like one. Moreover, if she is suing you she must first serve you with a summons and complaint; in a legitimate suit you would not first just get notice of a hearing. If you want,scan and e-mail me or mail me a copy of all the documents you got from her and I will without charge look them over and tell you what may be happening. Or send me the case number and the court in which it is filed and I can look it up on the internet court web site.
