Retraining order

I was served with a restraining order that was unjust and filled with lies by an abusive boyfriend, can I file a rebuttal or response to that order and if so, where can that be done?

At the hearing to determine whether or not the TRO should become a permanent ORDER, and prior to you may submitt evidence to contradict those in the petitioner's declaration.
