Return of engagement

My fiancee ended engagement and returned ring. I lent to her to give to her dad to sell who is a wholesale diamond dealer (and i bought it from him 3 yrs ago for $53,000)...........After 3 months i asked for it back to sell. She did not return ring upon my request for 2 months and then i was forced to file civil complaint for its return. Now her attorney says she has docs to prove i gave it to her. I did not and she still has ring. I need attorney who will take case on contingency basis.. % to be discussed (cival complaint and answer received......To much for me..I'm not an attorney...She has atty with gordon rees battery st sf
