Rock from truck hit window

What do I do if a rock approximately 1/2'' in diameter

came out of a truck transporting aggregate

material,and this rock hits my windshield leaving a 1''

spider crack. I got all of the information off of the

truck, License plates and the info on the side. But

the only info was a last name and CA 01130. I also

wrote down the time & location it took place. What do

I need to do to get my windshield re

Get a repair estimate and go to small claims court.
