The answer to your question is to long to answer here. Go to the courthouse, find the filing window and ask the clerk where you can get the rules. You can also find the rules at a law library. Most courthouses have a law library.

There are numerous time limits for Motions. Summary Judgment ranges from 28 days for persnoal service. Other motions require 21 days, plus 5 days for mailing. Unlawful detainers have motions that are shorter. Please contact me at 714 363 0220 for free consultation.
