POS-010 is a proof of service form as evidence that a plaintiff served a summons on a defendant. The plaintiff serves the summons and the complaint but does not serve the POS-010. The plaintiff files the POS-010 with the court after service of the summons and complaint on a defendant.

As far as how to complete the POS-010, the safest way is to make a separate proof of service for each defendant.

You don't serve a POS-010, that is the form that you file with the court to prove that someone was served. You need to file a POS-010 for each defendant.
