Service of amended complaint to defendants

I am a plaintiff in pro per. Due to lack of cooperation of the defendants, I am filing a motion with the court for a leave to amend my complaint.

I am getting the defendants served by first class mail tomorrow. Within how long can I schedule a motion for hearing the amended complaint.

How elaborate should be my Declaration attached to my motion for leave?

You need more assistance in this process than you can get over the internet. The motion is not served until you have set the motion for a hearing. Your declaration and the points and authorities should be coordinated.
