Serving Notice of Motions

When serving a Notice of Motion on the opposing party, does the Notice have to be a conformed copy of the Notice, or can an original, non-conformed copy be sufficient notice?

Re: Serving Notice of Motions

The notice does not have to be conformed in order to serve it upon opposing counsel... When filing the motion, you must make sure to have already sent it to opposing counsel, and the proof of service should be attached to the motion.
