Serving of Summons
When being served with bogus show cause contempt of court summons on an original restraining order are you required to call back the sheriff's dept. when they are trying to serve you if all they do is leave a business card on your gate and say call and set up a meeting.

Evading service? You going to duck and dodge forever? Well, people who evade service look guilty and judges aren't stupid. However, to answer you question. No, you don't need to call them. They will probably eventually serve you, but who knows, sometimes they give up.
