settlement

I finally decided to drop my lawsuit because the defendant offered to pay I contacted his uncle when I heard he wanted to pay I said that I accept his offer. Do you think that I did a good thing by dropping my lawsuit and accepting his offer? I am happy about my decision that I made.

I don't know the first thing about your lawsuit, but be sure you have your money in hand before dismissing the lawsuit based on a settlement.
