im a seventeen year old foster kid. I was struck by a staff member. we were arguing and as i turned and walked away from the stuation he hit me in my face with his forearm. i was bleeding for ten to fifteen minutes after. cut lip and may have a fractured nose. do i have a case... and if so what is the value

I'm sorry to hear about this incident. You do have a case. What it's worth depends on a lot of factors. For example, whether you have a fractured nose or not will make a difference. This clearly would impact the amount of your medical specials.
