Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I signed a contract with a personal trainer for four months @ x amount each months. I paid for the first month and began to train. When scheduling my last session my trainer told me that I would have to start training in the afternoon because he didn't want to be there in the mornings anymore. I don't have the time to train in the afternoon which is why I always made the appointment for first thing in the morning. Also, I signed the contract with one financial company and the gym has since switched to another company which isn't mentioned in the original contract. Is my trainer changing the meeting time or the contract being signed to the old financial company my way out of this contrat?

Not unless the meeting/training time was a material term of the contract.
