Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I am a co signer on the home loan with my mother and sister. my sister is being sued for an auto accident and not having enough auto insurance. my mothers assets were frozen, and the bank will not accept the house payment. what are my options?

Me. McCormick is correct. There must be additional important facts not included in your question as your sister being sued for an auto accident would not result in your mother's assets being frozen [nor your sister's]. A bank normally will accept full monthly mortgage payments what ever other situations exist.
