Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

If a sister has a restraining order on a brother, and the sister just had a heart attack and is clinically dead( plug will be pulled tonight) if the brother can have order lifted to say his goodbye.

There is not enough time to go to court now. If he goes to see her, there is no one to stop him or go after him for violating the Order, unless the hospital knows of the Order. On the other hand, if she were conscious would she want him to see her? Her wishes are what is important.
