Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

smail claims

About two years ago i was in an accident,. The car i was driving was insured but i wasnt under the policy The owner of the car insurance refuse to cover the incident because I was under the influence of alcohol, the judge for my DUI ordered me to pay the other driver 2000 dollars which i have been paying for the past two years.. The other driver tried to sue me but the lawyer dropped him becuase he too was not insured. But now he trying to sue me for the 7,000 dollars worth of damages. I was constantly being harrassed by the financial services for the other driver, when i talked to them last i asked for support of proof of insurance he refused to do so and started to argue with me. And I confronted him with the saying if the judge wanted me to pay him 7000 dollars he wouldve ordered me to do so, financial services was unaware of my payments, he argued with me claiming that I was lying about payments, i then told him that i have every receipt he got upset. After the discussion they sent me $165 saying that i on;ly $165. Now they sent me property lien against me and my aunt. What should I do?
