Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I sold a car to a person and signed over the pink slip and release of liablility. However, the person took the car without paying me. What recourse (if any) do I have and what is the best way to legally resolve the situation?

Unfortunately nobody is going to believe your story. Prudent people don't give away car keys or pink slips without getting paid first.
