Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Son broke his finger.

I moved out of my past Apt a few weeks ago, and during my stay there, there was major construction being done all around the comlex. Durning that Time, my son broke his finger becasue of harmful debre that was left out. after reporting the problem, I heard nothing from the apt complex, and harmful debre was still left around the complex, even after I complented many many times about It. I have taken pictures !IS there anything legal I can do !

You will not hear from them. You may however file a personal injury lawsuit on behalf of your son.
