Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
My son plays softball in a park league.He plays on a coed team that plays in an all mail league...at one time he played in a coed league..and was banned from that league because league officials said he was too good..and they allowed him and his team to play in an all men's league..now he is banned from playing in the all male league...what can we do to rectify this matter....this is an adult league..

A review of the league's rules would be a first required step. If it is a private league, they probably have the right to limit who can play, even if it is public they still have that right to a certain degree. There are other leagues. Your son should be able to find a league that he can play in.
