Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
Spying neighbor
My neighbor has built 3 structures all of which give visual access to my backyard. 2 patios and a retaining wall that allows them to stand at the adjoining block wall and look into the backyard. My 21 year old daughter and 18 year old son reported today that the neighbor is standing at the retaining wall and watching them as they sit by the pool. Additionally, this neighbor continuously harasses me and my family with verbal and non-verbal comments. What civil and / or criminal remedies are available? P.S. I have the neighbor's recent actions on videotape.
