Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

If someone submits an Invoice for work done that:

a) uses an out of date address (and her real address is withheld)

b) the work did not adequately fulfill the brief (ie the report submitted did not address the brief, only part of it)

c) involves charges that were not spelled out at the outset (namely time spent reading and writing emails charged separately from main work done which was to physically vet a rental property for me)

- Do I have grounds for contesting her demand and winning in the Small Claims Court in CA? I have offered her 50% of her $255 Invoice but this has been rejected and she has made a demand by email for payment in full.
