Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Submitting Documents

I'm representing the defendant acting pro per submitted for a change of venue. This is an unlimited civil case. Plaintiff filed an opposition. Then I filed a reply. My questions is: I would like to submit and additional document as an exhibit. Can I do this. I have time before the actual hearing.

Re: Submitting Documents

You can submit it.

The other side will probably object, and the Court may or may not consider it when ruling on the motion.

No, you can't "represent a pro per defendant" without a license to practice law, and you can't file anything else with regard to your motion.
