Subpoena transcripts from arbitration hearing
Can a person representing self (pro per), subpoena a copy of the transcripts recorded during their arbitration hearing, from opposing counsel for an upcoming short cause trial, that was put on calendar after no settlement at the MSC?

You can try, although they would object because it's equally available to you, for a price.
