subrogation lawsuit

I employed a person that had an accident while working for me, he made a claim against my insurance carrier. He then sued the company that owned the property where he got hurt. The company now is suing my company that is closed down, because my insurance carrier is suing them. Can I be sued?

No, highly unlikely. Even if you are your insurance policy will cover it.
