Can I sue a company that is incorporated? How can I do it?

Yes, pretty much the same way you sue a person. If it is a small corporation which you can prove the owner(s) ran like a sole proprietorship or partnership, instead of a real corporation, you can sue them too.

Of course. Corporations are sued all the time. Just name the corporation as a defendant in your complaint. Then you can serve the summons, complaint, etc. either on the corporation's designated agent or on certain officers specified in the Code of Civil Procedure.
